STAY AWAY! I had to go with one star because there isn't a lower choice. Please do not buy anything from this site. My purchase did not arrive more than a month after I had been charged. I contact Moooh requesting a cancellation. I was told via email it was on it's way. I requested cancellation again. First, I was offered 15% off my next purchase, then 10% off then 5% off. Since there is no way I would buy from them again, I again requested complete cancelation. Repeatedly we exchanged emails. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. A few days later the mug arrived anyway. Very poor quality. Nothing like the photograph. Moooh and I have exchanged 30+ emails. I requested a return address label. They sent me an address in China - at my expense. I was told that if I cancelled the dispute with paypal, they'd refund me. I repeatedly told them I don't use paypal, I purchased through my bank in the US. Today I received an email with instructions on how to set up a paypal. So, I am supposed to believe that if I set up a paypal account, send them $37.02, I am to trust that they will refund me $37.02. Right. Just don't shop here.
