No response to my customer service(gag)requests or emails. I've spent hours googling these bozos. CEO is Whitney Anderson, former VP at Bank of America. Nobody is allowed to speak to ANY human being. Refunds are few, and you're lucky within a year to receive one. Out of stock items could easily be substituted with another brand, but the head bean counter won't allow it! Morons at minimum wage run shipping. Expert scumbags at this Madoff ponzi scheme. Probably going out of business any day, like they did back in 2001. They are stealing people blind and must be loving it! You buy, you'll cry! Don't take a chance! Not worth the aggravation or high blood pressure.
