I ordered several music modules and they came in on time, sounding exactly like the preview online, except for one. Customer Service was helpful and immediately sent a replacement module for the one issue with a pre-paid return label for the original. I ordered 1/2 inch extensions for the key and everything perfectly worked. I loved that each module came with a sticker to use showing the tune for each box.
