I agree with the previous reviewer. Definitely not worth doing business with. They blame shipping on COVID but USPS tracking has been spot on. This company sucks with customer service. I believe this is a scam. They are based out of Toronto not USAAs for the company’s response, the tracking number does not show up as ever being given to USPS. It’s an impossibility that the US post office would fail to scan a tracked item numerous times since the item would pass half a dozen locations before reaching me. Tracking shows it’s never left Mydogtags facility. COVID is not an end all be all excuse. Use you logic people and go elsewhere
