I ordered a cat tree, they took my money, sent a receipt and have now just ignored me. I don’t know why these companies are allowed to scam people. If it’s on Facebook and says “trusted site” my best advice is to not trust them! This is the third time I’ve bought from a trusted site without any merchandise being sent. SCAMMERS!
