I was a member of My Spa Live for several months, and my experience was deeply disappointing. While the initial education was great, that's where the value ended.They promised to send clients and help me build my business, but I never received a single customer. All I did was pay high monthly fees and was forced to buy their supplies, which I later found out were significantly more expensive than sourcing them independently (e.g., Botox/Xeomin). This service is nothing but a money pit.To make matters worse, they charge a $210.00 fee just to cancel the membership. They claim you can cancel anytime, but they hold you hostage with this final, unethical charge.My Spa Live failed to deliver on every promise of business support. I strongly recommend you avoid this company.
