I would give zero stars if possible. The classes are informative. But it’s the after care when they get you to subscribe to their business plan and MD coverage that you are on your own. I have emailed and phoned many times needing tech support and no response. I finally decided to quit my subscription after months of reaching out and no response. They continue to charge my card even though I unsubscribed in March 2025. I am now proceeding to call the BBB, TDLR and the Dept of Health.
