The customer service is completely useless. They don’t respond back to your requests. They will not repair or replace my device which broke within warranty but I reported one month outside of. If you make devices you have to be able to repair them. Sounds like they have done this to many people. This is a manufacturing problem and under Australian Law they need to have an express warranty that protects consumers under the consumers guarantee act. They need to be reported. My advice is don’t buy devices from anyone without a lifetime warranty. Even then a lot of these unqualified places don’t adhere to the warranty as tripollar doesn’t. Don’t waste your money.
