Horrible customer service! Before I bought Stop Vx, I had contacted an online adviser to ask some questions about the device and return policy. She told me they had 30 days return policy.When I got delivery and read the user manual, I realised the device wasn't suitable for me because of dental implants. It wasn't mentioned on their website, and advisor didn't tell as well. If I knew this information at the beginning, I wouldn't buy it at all. I was trying to contact customer service many times, but I didn't get the proper answer on how to return the item. And they told me it is only 14 days period and will be only 50% refund because the box is opened! It's the biggest nonsense and customer robbery! I paid £469!! It's not my fault they didn't put information about side effects online and without opening box, I couldn't read the user manual. Please AVOID mytripollar.com website!
