I ordered a tripollar top X from this website but I didn't received the order at all. Then I started this whole customer service process. Contact Fedex, email, email, email and email...Their are not actively response to my email, and they don't have a customer service number at all. I would suggest to use other official retailor to buy this product e.g. currentBody. I just googled at least they have a customer service number to call.I am super disappointed on this service.
