Worst shopping experience!!My parcel was returned to sender because ND team didn't give my complete address to the courier. I have double checked my order confirmation and I did write down my full address when placing the order.This issue is definitely at their end.Also, the courier reached out to them but didn't hear back. Other retailers would reach out to their customers if anything happened, but expect nothing from ND team.I received a refund few days ago but it is just a partial amount from what I originally paid for.Seriously, are you trying to scam your customer? Where did the rest of the money go? It was short of $52!!!
