Update: After a couple of confusing communications I did hear from someone at the company who assured me they would look into why the courses are no longer approved and take measures to reinstate the approval. Hopefully this will allow me to receive credit for my time. 9.24.25: I took three classes from results of a filtered search for NYS approved courses. One of your reps just told me two of them don't count for NYS, that's 15 CE hours. Why are they showing in the search results if they don't count? This is a serious oversight resulting in lost time and money. In addition the customer service is very slow. The only way to speak to someone is to schedule a call, which I did but no one ever called.
