I ordered multiple items before Xmas and it never arrived. I asked for a refund and suddenly my Christmas food is on transit 7th jan. After multiple emails asking them to cancel and refund. No replies received. Nothing. As the recipient, I'm unable to cancel this. Leaving me with unwanted , wasted food and a bill to return it. I'm not shopping here again. Zero customer service.
