I'm a disabled senior ,on the heap program .Nyseg over charged my account with there estimate usuage.I gave a meter reading to there rep ,a credit was supposed to to issued to my account .This is a week an a half ago .I called numerous times ,they are rude ,poor customer service ,in no hurry to credit my account. Just a terrible company.
