The worst power company, with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Totally inconsistent and unpredictable billing, a website that barely functions (for some reason, you also can't access it to pay your bills from outside the USA??); and customer service reps who sound half asleep and insist on laboriously going through every single identity detail, including your ss number, only to say that the website is broken (again) and there's nothing they can do to help you. If there was literally ANY other option where I live, I'd switch today but unfortunately NYSEG has a monopoly on our power, and acts with zero accountability to its customers.
