Absolutely avoid this vet at all costs. They nearly killed our cat during a simple sterilization procedure. Our cat fainted, and they had to use medication to wake him up—then had the audacity to ask us to pay for it, even though they caused the issue in the first place. Of course, we refused and demanded to speak with the manager.Instead of apologizing, the manager tried to cover it up, falsely claiming that our cat had an allergy rather than admitting the real cause—anesthetic overdose. We later consulted another specialist, who confirmed that in 99% of cases, fainting during sterilization is due to an overdose of propofol or dexmedetomidine, not an allergy.To make matters worse, they manipulate their online reputation. While their Google reviews show a misleading 4.3-star rating, their Trustpilot score is much closer to the truth at around 2 stars. They seem to be writing their own positive reviews to hide the real experiences of pet owners.If you care about your pet’s health and safety, stay far away from this place!
