I LOVE Obé!!!! I have been a member since May of 2019 and I just can’t get say enough great things about this fitness app. I was always one for going to the gym to do my workouts and put in hours but this app has totally changed my workout routine. I started this when my son was 1.5 yrs old and time is precious but workouts were so effective in as little as 10-30 minutes for cardio, hiit, sculpt, strength, Pilates, yoga- whatever your body wants they have it! It was perfect for postnatal/prenatal and they have everything you could ever need and more as far as choices and challenges go! You can cater it to your needs, link up with your menstrual cycle, daily check-ins with your mood and quality of energy- so helpful and informative. Now with two kids and being part of obé for years, I can honestly say it has changed my life. Absolute game changer through Covid, it literally saved me! I feel so strong and never get sick of the workouts because there are so many to choose from. All the instructors are excellent, customer service has been attentive and helpful- seriously 5 out of 5 thank you for everything, obé!!!
