Scammy and predatory business practices.I had paid for a year, didn't enjoy it and decided to cancel. I called repeatedly to the number called on the site (the only way to cancel even if one resides in California which required online cancellation options). The phone number was never answered even during posted hours. This is reflected by many other reviewers with the same issue.My card was out of date anyway so when the service ended I assumed that would be that as they could not rebill. Please note, my account access was restricted at end of subscription date, when they could not bill.I emailed them and explained my many issues and was initially told that this was no problem and my account would be cancelled.Since then I get constant emails demanding I pay my "past due balance." First of all, the balance cannot be "past due" because I have had no access to the service. You cannot bill me for services you haven't been providing. I have reported this to the FTC as well as state agencies.I also complained to the company and was told I they would repeatedly attempt to bill me or report me to collections if I did not give them 200 dollars even though I have had no access to this account since my previous sub ended.This is a terrible and predatory business practice that they should be ashamed of. No company who wants to have a good reputation treats people this way. This is worse than in person gyms or cable companies. I absolutely cannot recommend signing up with a company that treats people this way.
