Delivery expenses are considerable (it might be a thing of the mail/courier service in the country of origin - France) and one of the products (Vitamin B12) I received in my first (and only) order in January had an expiry date of... January! I didn't notice this until I needed the product, about mid-February, and I contacted the customer service, manifesting my disappointment, not with the intention to receive any compensation or to exchange the product (I wouldn't certainly want to pay another 11 euros to send back the product) but to simply express my lack of satisfaction, upon which they asked me to send a picture of the product with the expiry date visible (which I did), but so far (about 1 month later) I have received no answer at all.
