I've honestly never experienced worse customer service. I ordered some praline chocolates for my mum's Christmas gift and they sent out marshmallows instead, in the shape of dog paws. Not to mention the box was open and badly composed. When I asked them about it they stated that they didn't have the chocolate I ordered in stock, so instead of telling me or giving me the option to choose an exchange or cancel, they just sent me a totally different product. No-one in my household likes marshmallows so they credited my account for the cost of the chocolates however, they didn't include shipping so if I were to order again I would still lose money on the shipping costs (which is at least €5). After 2 weeks of them ignoring my requests for a refund, they finally agreed to refund me today after I threatened to take things further. I would seriously warn you against this company and choose any of the other great options for online vegan shopping.
