Food was cold ( we ordered Nachos) we sent it back and it still came back cold. My steak was ok but poorly presented. Wine by the glass was the smallest glass I have seen. Still sneezing from it . Bad experience

Normal and average!

Everithing is pretty "normal" and average! Not so bad and not so good. We got lucky we sat early at lunch and got our food pretty fast, later on when the place got busy i could see there were a bit of a mess with the service. But Ok overall!

Found a Hair in My Burger – Very Disappointing

I ordered from Old Wild West through Deliveroo, and not only did the food arrive dry and cold , but what shocked me most was finding a hair inside the hamburger. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards in your kitchen.No customer should have to deal with this it’s beyond unprofessional and frankly disgusting. Whether it’s a lapse in food handling or staff hygiene, it needs to be addressed immediately.I ended up throwing everything away and had a terrible experience overall.

Don‘t eat in this place!

When I saw Smashburger on the map, I thought it must be good! Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The burger I was served had nothing to do with a Smashburger, absolutely nothing! The meat was frozen and seemed to be already 'smashed' before purchasing. Just terrible. Never again.
