I have often been disappointed with OMV’s sandwiches. They are frequently not fresh, and instead of providing fresh products, the staff just cover this up by heating them — even when they contain lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Heating fresh vegetables like that ruins both the taste and texture, and it feels like a way to hide how old the sandwiches really are.From OMV International, one would expect an overall standard across all locations, not practices that make customers doubt product quality. Looking at OMV’s low Trustpilot score, it seems I’m not the only one who thinks they don’t really care about quality or customer experience. From a company of this size, I would expect much higher standards.
