Worst experience. A dude with Petrom brand in the gas station on Bd. Brasov in Bucharest asked me in front of the customers not to wash my car. Water was black, in fact everything was extremely dirty, sponge was missing in some places. I escalated to their office, I received registration no. CFS-123770-W1R8 and the resolution was it had been my fault as I washed the metal, the water was dirty because those like me. Just like everyone else comes with clean windows, plate number or lights.This is austrian customer oriented attitude!
