I ordered some gifts for friend for her birthday and a couple of items for myself. Checked on the website with all the estimates it should have got to me in time. I ordered on 3rd. Only after contacting them have I been told it will not be sent out until the 18th at the earliest. One of the items is out of stock but I wasn’t told that before ordering. No communication, no indication it was going to take longer than it should. I even went on the website today and looked at the listing for the out of stock item (no mention of it being out of stock). Add it to basket and went to checkout, still no indication it’s out of stock.
