OnRamp has been a lifesaver. They helped me to scale my business quickly over the past year. Since my store is under Shopify, I started off using Shopify’s capital program. However, the loan amounts were low and the offers were not consistent. Even when you paid the loan off quickly, you would have to wait 1-3 months to get a new offer and eventually the offers stop coming. Their system is not reliable. This is frustrating for business owners that are dependent on a consistent source of cash flow in order to scale. I’m so glad I took them up on their offer. They are one of the most professional and customer friendly companies that I’ve dealt with. Emails and calls are always answered promptly. If I have any issues or need to delay a payment, they are willing to work with me. As well, they have transparent discussions on what would be best for your company and financial management when it comes down to the loans. Some of the people I have personally worked with are Andrew and Amy. They both have been wonderful. The repayment rates are fair and once you pay the loan down a certain percentage, you’re able to request more money. This company has been a godsend. I recommend them to all of my associates, friends, and family members that have e-commerce businesses.
