My experience with Kyle Janas and his One-on-One Options Trading Coaching & Mentorship Program has been defined by misrepresentation, failure to deliver promised services, and retaliatory actions when I voiced my concerns.This review is not meant to engage in a back-and-forth with Kyle or Opinicus Holdings but rather to document my experience as a dissatisfied customer.August 2022 – Purchase of the Mentorship ProgramI purchased the One-on-One Options Trading Coaching & Mentorship Program for $3,999 on August 25, 2022. Per the invoice, the program included:- 14 one-hour live coaching sessions- Lifetime access to the Options Mastery Course- 6 months of free access to the Trader’s ThinkTankAt the time, I was under the impression that this would be a high-value mentorship experience, based on the claims made by Opinicus Holdings.Initial Experience – Lack of Personalized CoachingAs I began the program, it became apparent that the “one-on-one” coaching was not truly individualized. Instead of receiving direct mentorship, I was often redirected to publicly available YouTube recordings, which contained the same content accessible to anyone for free.- When I reached out for clarification, I was assured that my concerns would be addressed in future sessions.- However, the coaching interactions continued to lack depth, often consisting of recycled content rather than meaningful, tailored discussions.- In instances where I received a pre-recorded response, the recordings were significantly shorter than the agreed-upon one-hour session length—sometimes as brief as 30 minutes.Despite my growing concerns, I attempted to give Kyle the benefit of the doubt and continue with the program, assuming there was some value to be gained.October 2024 – The Moment of ClarityBy October 2024, I made a formal request for two additional one-on-one sessions, which I was entitled to per the original agreement. Kyle refused to honor the original session length and instead attempted to shorten the meetings while claiming they were the same.- When I pointed out his history of reducing session times and attached a copy of the original invoice detailing the mentorship terms, my emails were ignored, and soon after, I was blocked from communication entirely.- This was the breaking point—it became clear that fulfilling the agreed-upon services was never the priority.December 2024 – Retaliation After Negative FeedbackIn response to my frustrations, I left an honest review on Trustpilot detailing my experience. As I expected, Kyle immediately attempted to engage—but only after my public review was visible.- Prior to my review, emails went unanswered.- After my review, I received a response within hours, confirming that the only way to get a response from Opinicus Holdings is by posting negative feedback.- Shortly after my review, I discovered that my access to trading logs and course materials had been revoked—a clear retaliatory action against a dissatisfied customer.Had Trustpilot allowed image attachments, I would have posted screenshots of my one-on-one session recordings, which merely pointed me back to outdated public YouTube content rather than offering any original or personalized insights.At this point, I no longer had any expectation that Opinicus Holdings would rectify the situation, but I did want to ensure that future potential customers were aware of these practices before investing their hard-earned money.
