I ordered the second item just to make some sense of the £6.99 postage cost. The elephant garlic which was the only item I had wanted did not arrive. Apparently I have to wait 21 days. When ordering it there was no suggestion it was not in stock. So currently I have very expensive bulbs I could have got at my local garden store. It feels like I have been duped. The time is NOW to plant elephant garlic, if it was unavailable the listing should have said.
