I ordered a Patagonia jacket and it was shipped via FedEx to a post office for further delivery. After two weeks when it didn't arrive it was a situation where FedEx blamed the USPS and vice versa. OutdoorPlay Customer Service said it wasn't there problem but the carrier. I reminded them that they picked the carrier and also selected a multiple carrier method fraught with potential problems. I was forced to wait a month before they would issue a refund. This was my first experience with OutdoorPlay and I felt their Customer Service was second rate. Very business like and no apology or empathy for their failure to deliver. I was offered no discount or perk on a future offer for the inconvenience. Probably my last experience with them.
