A company that cares about quality service.

Have used them several times and so have my friends. Excellent gear that is clean and in good condition. They usually send it well before the date requested, which reduces anxiety. On my last rental there was a mixup and I was pleasantly surprised that they responded to my email within minutes and offered a more than generous solution. Obviously a company that cares about quality service.

Good customer service communication

Good customer service communication. Flexibile with changes in my reservation. I filled out my rental form quickly (spot 3), but they lost my rental form so I had to fill it out again. Product that I rented worked great. Shipping was easy.

Great company, service, and equipment

Ultra-light backpacking rental

I've rented ultra-light backpacking equipment several times now and have always had a great experience. The equipment was top notch, clean and showed up on my doorstep with plenty of time in advance of my departure into the wilderness. Very fun!

I have rented ultralight tents and sleeping pads from Outdoor Geeks for 2 years for an annual backpacking tripTheir prices are good and they ship well in advance of my departure date so I don't need to stress that my gear will not be here in time.Good quality gear - I have been pleased both times.
