I have completed my confined water dives last week and am scheduled to go to the Maldives on November 1st to complete my certification. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I find myself struggling to access the online knowledge development area which needs to be completed ahead of this.I have been able to access my courses once previously however since Friday Oct 18th I am unable to access anything past the login page on Firefox, Chrome or internet explorer. When using Microsoft Edge I can access the Open water diver free introduction but nothing else. I cannot even download the course on my ipad as I cannot load the screen past the login screen. No device, no browser, no application (padi library) works! Nothing.How can this be? I am now reviewing several forums and realise that this is a global issue which has been ongoing for years??Can someone please help me access the course I have paid for to enable me to complete the knowledge area ahead of my trip to ensure this is not a very expensive wasted opportunity.I only have the evenings to complete this as I work daily so I would really appreciate some direction here to get this sorted.
