I placed an order on Sept 17, 2025. The charges for this order were deducted on that date from my PayPal account. It is Oct 13, 2025. I have not received anything stating that it has been shipped or back ordered and have not received the products that I ordered. I did receive a confirmation email on Sept 17th regarding the order. I did call the customer service number listed on the email, but was prompted to leave a message 🤨.
