I paid for 3 spots for an April 2020 cruise. Then Covid 19 shut down the industry. I didn't ask for a refund but verified via email I could park there when cruise industry was back in business. Now I email to make sure when we arrive in September of 2021 my spaces would be available and I learn that they no longer serve Port Canaveral (I had NO idea) and I missed the window for any kind of a refund!!I didn't ask for a refund when I knew they had zero income and now it's simply too late for even a partial payment.$105 gone.
