Damaged my 2013 Honda Pilot while parked at their lot.

We parked for one week at their lot, and when we returned home from our cruise and were unpacking the car, I found a 9 inch long gouge in the passenger side rear panel. I sent a email to the address on the Park By The Ports web-site about the damage but never received a reply. In hindsight, I should have examined the car before we left the parking lot but I didn't because we were hurried to leave Park By The Ports by their employees. I would have to travel across the State of Florida to show the damage to them, so I determined the travel wasn't worth it. Another highlight of my dealings with this concern was when a received a invite from the president of this company to like him on one of the social media sites. I replied with the information about the damage to my Honda and he replied that once I left their lot, they were not responsible for any damage to vehicles, so tough luck. I know they could say the damage was on the auto before we parked at their lot, but I purchased the auto new and washed and waxed it myself all the time. I would have known if it was damaged .
