I replied with the information about the damage to my Honda and he replied that once I left their lot, they were not responsible for any damage to vehicles, so tough luck. I know they could say the damage was on the auto before we parked at their lot, but I purchased the auto new and washed and waxed it myself all the time. I would have known if it was damaged .
