Flight was for 7am, got to the parking lot with 30 minutes to spare which was a good thing. No one was there when we arrived, in spite of the fact that we made reservations. It took 20 minutes or so just to get us to a shuttle, after scrambling to get 3 parties setup. Very unorganized. I also didn't care for the parking since it looks to be a body/auto shop of some kind and although gated, not sure I felt it was safe. Pick up from the airport also took a little longer (20+ min) even though we called ahead. I would look for alternatives.
