First, and foremost, pawTree is an MLM company, meaning breeders make A LOT of money to convince their customers that this is an exceptional product for the puppies they are adopting (though there is a staggering amount of evidence to the contrary). Next, the customer service is not consistent. We had an issue arise where an initial order of food was making our puppy sick, and they replaced the food immediately. We were so impressed. Unfortunately, when we had another issue arise later, we received a completely different response. Almost like we were dealing with a different company. Apparently, you get the "nice" customer service facade at the start, but that goes away if you have more than one issue. We felt deceived. Not to mention, we spent a fortune in shipping costs to return items we could not use.Finally, most reputable veterinarians have never heard of pawTree, and when they research the company, they are not impressed. In summary, I would highly recommend you do your due diligence in researching the company before buying their products for your pets. Their MLM structure ensures that the high price you pay has nothing to do with high quality and everything to do with lining the pockets of greedy owners and breeders.
