My account my restricted for using paypal the same way i have for 7 years.Each ticket response time was over a day.Eventually unblocked the account, or so they said. Restrictions are still on the account even though they said they have been removed..guess i will wait another day for another attempt. It has been 5 days so far for a $20 purchase.Lets not even talk about the requirements on documentation they request. It is easier to open a bank account or register the birth of a child.
