Hired a car online...5 days, €25 a day... €125on delivery they charged €180...No idea why.... I emailed, they said our online reservation was not a contract and that no price was uoted...luckilly I kepy all their emails sent them screenshots.. they then strted to play dumb.. came up with a story that another car was also reserved in our name for a later date. Absolutely not true. No explanation as to why we were charged an extra €55. Then I got a weird email saying the car was no longer available... ridiculous, it was in the car park of our hotel!I will never use this company again and will tell my freinds not to either...
