My experience was not terrible, but definitely room for improvement. When I signed up for the discount code, I never received one. I waited for about 15 minutes, and nothing came up on my email. It was a small order, so I went ahead and ordered without the discount. I also was not pleasantly surprised with being charged so much with the order of one "mini band". The shipping actually cost more than the product I was ordering. Ironically, I could have stopped into the office of my physical therapist and purchased what I needed there for less money. Small issues, but hopefully helpful if you'd like to improve.
