I placed an order for some tulip bulbs only to then find a bag that I’d overlooked in the shed I sent an email the next morning to cancel and followed it up by telephone the following afternoon as I’d had no responsegiven that I was advised on ordering that it would be 2 - 3 weeks before dispatch I didn’t think that there would be a problem the customer service lady told me that my order had already been packed but that she would endeavour to cancel it, promising to call back me next day to update on the position well I received no call back nor any further contact from the company which is extremely disappointing so I can only assume that my order was not retrieved to be honest the lady I spoke to was not particularly friendly but made me feel like I was a bit of a nuisance and inconvenience because of this I will not be placing any further orders from Peter Nyssen
