I ordered a product on a Saturday 12/10/2022 that needed a vet's approval before being filled. On the following Monday 12/12/2022 my vet had a letter faxed for his approval and by Friday 12/16/2022 we had our medicine that our dog Lucy needed. I would say that is great customer service.
