The staff employed to Pet Tracer our very helpful. We had a few issues to begin with but with the the help of a Zoe Jones and her fast response was second to done .Everything was explained and pics sent to me via satellite which really helped.We chose Pet Tracer as we have had other collars before and have been useless .This Pet Tracer is excellent and gives good results and with the added function of radio search is brilliant. I cant fault the Pet Tracer team ,really helpful, understanding, quick to respond .I know they are there to contact if I ever need to .As long as you have a laptop or computer ,initiall set up is really easy and the app is easy to download and use and can use on several devices.Our cat has the extra inner band as her neck is small despite being long furred.This was supplied with the collar and station ,plus some alluminous strips .Our cat has a red one on at the moment .You can adjust the collar strap to to fit your cat .The collar is very light weight and we have even been able to attach our cats tag with info on it plus her bell .She doesn't mind it at all and the charge lasts well too .Plus charging isxeasyvand quick and can go back on your cat within a couple of hours .Excellent .Would recommend if your looking for one for your cat.I would have put a couple of photos but cant see how so sorry about that.
