We bought this system to track our cat during extension work at home. We decided to leave the cat living in his home territory as we are renting accommodation less than 300m away in the same village during the construction work.The collar arrived after waiting for 6 weeks for delivery. When we used the device we found that the location of the cat was only accurate to within approximately a 10m radius. The main issue is that the system is unable to track your cat at larger ranges away from your home (the entire point of having a GPS collar). We are only 300m away from our home and the system is unable to locate our cat at all. We decided to give the system another chance to function correctly after email communications with customer services, all this has done is push us past the 14 day money back option. Be aware that if you try the collar on your cat to see if the system works you are then unable to get a refund for the price of the collar. We are really disappointed after spending nearly £300 for a two year subscription (this must be paid upfront) and a collar system that cannot track a cat further than 300m away from your home.
