I can never get ahold of this company, they never return emails, and the product I did buy is not what was expected. Due to the fact that I could never get ahold of the company I couldn't return the product.Edited: I can't believe that an hour after I submit a rating, there appears to be a reply from Pettreater. The funniest part of the reply is that I have emailed, called, etc. in the past but never got through. The response doesn't change my opinion of this company. I'm someone who mostly shops online so I compare this service with many, many other companies.
