On the Tuesday I rang and asked if I could view a certain car, they told me they was doing appointments only so they booked me in for the Sunday at 12. 12:00 came and the gates were still locked and nobody in sight. After several attempts calling both numbers on the sign I managed to ring them from a number they sent the day confirmation on. After travelling 1 hour and 20 minutes the man on the phone told me the car was in the garage getting sprayed. They had my number and email and didn’t have the decency to notify me. He even had the cheek to say I should of rang before even though it was them who made me that appointment! So unprofessional but looking at other reviews I’m glad it was a wasted trip.
