After buying our car online and driving from some distance away to "click and collect", we were very impressed with the stunning car that awaited us and the attentive service we received. We did indeed feel like "valued customers". Fast forward some weeks, not so much....the car has had to go into a local dealership to investigate a fault that has developed. Never mind, we thought " it's under warranty"! Turns out it's electrical and NOT covered by the warranty that came with the car. This is around the time we are no longer feeling "valued" by Picadilly motors. Communication stopped. They stopped returning calls, no response to messages left. A few weeks later and less than 2000 miles driven by us, the car was back in the local dealership with a serious and dangerous set of problems ranging from lack of power steering to failing ABS etc. We FINALLY got someone from Picadilly motors to respond and were slightly reassured that he would be in touch soon in an attempt to resolve the matter. Weeks later...nothing...zero... silence! We've paid for the problem to be rectified and it seems to be sorted. The issue was ( we suspect) caused by water damage, the car is very rusted underneath and we feel conned. Certainly not "valued customers". Still waiting on some kind of contact from P M. Beware if you're considering buying a 2nd hand car from them, especially if you don't live nearby.
