Currently staying at the PH Cancun. They have placed 2 young Canadians next to us who are blasting their music all night. We have complained several times and asked to move rooms but the staff are useless and won’t help in any way. We are here for another 8 days and we just want to go home right now. This is the worst hotel management I’ve ever known, even a Holliday Inn would at least move your room:I’ve wasted £1800 on this holiday and I don’t want to see the same thing happening to others. If you want to enjoy your vacation, stay at any resort other than planet Hollywood
