Called about a car advertised on their website to be told it was being driven around by someone else!?? Advised they should have it back the next day & I would be contacted so I could arrange a viewing. Received no call so I called again to enquire about it to be advised it should be back by 'close of play that day' and either way I would be contacted to be advised. Again no call. I called to speak to the sales manager but was advised he was not available, asked what the concern was so I gave the information & was advised the sales manager would call me back. Then the idiot who had twice said he would call but didn't called me back but I asked straight away to speak to the sales manager but was put through to the person I had spoken to earlier who then advised me he was the director!!? Why did he not advise of this when I originally spoke to him!? He then made excuses that I hadn't been called as the person who said he'd call me was too busy & must have forgotten! I said that wasn't good enough. He asked if I still wanted to view the car & I said absolutely not! If this is their customer service before I've even looked at the car then I would not be going near them! Reading the rest of the reviews on here I think I've dodged a bullet! Stay away from this shocking place.
