SHOCKING !Steve the so called car sales manager was obnoxious . The car we purchased spring exploded a week after purchasing. The car was part repaired. The company refused to follow a BEST PRACTICE REPAIR . Due to the shoddy repair, one week out of warranty, the exact same issue occurred with the other spring . Steering and suspension parts are both sold & should be replaced in pairs for good reason guys !Your front of house has all the glitz of a main dealership…. In the rear you are doing breaker yard style repairs to unsuspecting clients ! Shame on you .A pair of springs are £40 and a small amount of labour to fit .NEVER AGAIN !
