Excellent mentors who are highly qualified and professional, well organized project plans and meetings, timely communication, fair cost, good opportunities to showcase or publish project. With my older daughter the mentor letter never materialized even though it was requested by my daughter and the mentor agreed to write it. I hope with my younger daughter/current student a mentorship letter will happen even though it has not been requested yet since the project is not fully completed.
