We ordered three powder cannons for our gender reveal, and two out of the three were duds. They just twisted but never popped. A complete disappointment. I sent the video to the company and still have not heard back. The least they can do is offer a refund and an apology.In all of their company’s bad reviews I see the owner reply, “we have not heard from you.” Well, Jon, I have not heard from you. And I will continue to spread my review until I get a refund.
